3 months of personalised Nutritional Therapy support designed to help you build strong foundations for better mental health and wellbeing. I'll guide you through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes that support healing, resilience, and meaningful improvements in how you feel.
90-minute initial consultation, including in-depth exploration of current health challenges and a comprehensive review of health history (currently via Zoom.)
3 follow-up sessions of 45 minutes, every 3 – 4 weeks
Detailed, personalised written plan including diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations (updated after every session)
Test recommendations and interpretation, where appropriate
Access to a secure online portal for access to your protocol and messaging between sessions
Messaging support in between appointments via a secure portal to answer any questions you may have along the way
