My programmes give you the time, space, and support needed to make meaningful, lasting change, with clear guidance and compassionate accountability at every step.

3 MONTH
Strong Foundations
PROGRAMME
3 months of personalised Nutritional Therapy support to offer a powerful jumpstart toward your health goals by laying the groundwork for healing. I’ll support you to make foundational changes that have a big impact to how you feel.
90-minute initial consultation, including in-depth exploration of current health challenges and a comprehensive review of health history (currently via Zoom. In person appointments coming soon)
3 follow-up sessions of 45 minutes, every 3 – 4 weeks
Detailed, personalised written plan including diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations (updated after every session)
Test recommendations and interpretation, where appropriate
Access to a secure online portal for access to your protocol and messaging between sessions
Messaging support in between appointments via a secure portal to answer any questions you may have along the way

6 MONTH
Roots to Rise
PROGRAMME
6 months of personalised Nutritional Therapy support when a deeper dive into the ‘why’ behind your symptoms is needed. I will help you to uncover the root cause and get you on the road back to health.
